And my very good friends, Rick and Mitzy Hobson from Milagro Vineyards, Corrales, New Mexico. From a recent visit to taste many of their present vintages, and to share one of the last two bottles of Milagro 1999 Cabernet... which was EXCELLENT! (This photo was taken 8 months and about 30 feet from the Snowy Sandias picture on the New Mexico Wineries E page!)
My view of Rick and Mitzy goes beyond the hard working vintners that they are...to the incredibly gracious hosts that they are. Their newly finished tasting room and garden are the perfect compliment to the winery building itself, and show the complete care they take in making wine, and providing a classic wine tasting experience to all their guests.
